Property Consultant / Sales Executive
Meet clients, show verified properties, and guide buyers and sellers through to a closed deal. Ideal for someone who's comfortable on the phone and on-site.
- Good communication in Tamil and English
- Two-wheeler and willingness to travel across Chennai
- Prior real estate or field sales experience is a plus, not mandatory
Telecaller / Client Relationship Executive
Handle incoming enquiries, follow up with leads, and coordinate site visits between clients and consultants.
- Clear, friendly phone manner in Tamil and English
- Basic computer skills (calls, messages, simple spreadsheets)
- Freshers welcome
Property Management Coordinator
Support NRI and outstation owners — coordinate tenant management, inspections, maintenance requests and rent follow-ups.
- Organised, detail-oriented, comfortable following up repeatedly
- Two-wheeler for periodic property visits
- Basic understanding of rental agreements is a plus
Marketing & Social Media Executive
Shoot and post property listings, manage our Instagram and WhatsApp presence, and support lead generation campaigns.
- Comfortable with a phone camera, basic editing and scheduling posts
- Some experience with Instagram/Facebook page management preferred
- Creative eye for property photography is a big plus
